Vision: the UAS is in continuous development, nationally and internationally networked organisation, where, in collaboration with national and international partners and involving the learners, current challenges are addressed.
According to the Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences development plan 2017 – 2021 the collaboration with members of the EU will be continued and cooperation with the third countries will be extended, the UAS is a member of international professional and higher education networks with the goal to develop curricula and increase the options for the mobility of students and lecturers.
